Signing up as an mCashPoint Money Agent is completely FREE

As an mCashPoint Agent, you will receive commission for every transaction you perform, plus bonuses and other incentives which we roll out at intervals.

You are free to decide how much to use as start-up capital. But we recommend you have a minimum of ₦ 100,000.00

Yes, you can operate from anywhere in Nigeria with your agent account

Yes! mCashPoint provides branding materials once you sign up as our agent

Yes. Once your account has been fully set up, an mCashPoint sub-super-agent will be assigned to extensively train you on how mCashPoint Agents operate.

The Bank Verification Number (BVN) is used to confirm that your personal information submitted is valid for proper KYC documentation.

Account

Easy, just log out of your application and log in back as admin.

Follow the steps below

  1. Download the application.
  2. Request or Generate an activation code.
  3. Log into your account using your username and password.
  4. Pair your phone to your pinpad

You can contact us to send you an activation code or generate the activation code yourself using the steps below:

  1. Use this link https://portal.mcashpoint.com
  2. Login using your username and admin password
  3. Click on the menu button on the top left corner
  4. Click on agent
  5. Click on account
  6. Click on Get Activation code

To get your statement of account, kindly send us an email, or send a message on Whatsapp.

As an mCashPoint Agent, you can create user accounts which can be used at other locations.

No. Unfortunately, agent accounts are non-transferable.

Terminal

No, because you don’t need a sim card for your pinpad to work.

You don’t need a paper roll to use the Pin Pad, as the platform already offers the option of E-receipt for you and your customer.

Inform your customer to go to their bank to fill a dispense error form.

Redownload keys following the steps below:

  1. Login in to your account
  2. Click on “Account”
  3. Click on “Settings”
  4. Click on “Redownload Keys”

Note: Ensure that your pinpad is switched on during this process.

Transactions

Send a screenshot of the transaction to us via Whatsapp, and it will be resolved in 30 minutes.

No, you only need the pin pad for cash withdrawals.
