Send your name, phone number, location, and the type of agent application you want to start.

Complete the application PDF
Use the PDF form to provide personal, business, bank, KYC, and next-of-kin details when requested.

Download the official app
Install the current mCashPoint / Cash234 app before continuing with account activation.

Activate and pair your Pin Pad
Request an activation code, then pair the Pin Pad with your Android phone over Bluetooth.

What the application usually asks for
Prepare these details before emailing the team or completing the PDF form.
Personal
Name, gender, email address, and phone number.
Business
Business name, physical address, nearest bus stop, state, and LGA.
Account
Agent type, referral details, and any existing agency-banking relationship.
Bank and KYC
Bank account details, BVN, date of birth, valid ID, upload, and signature.
Next of kin and consent
Next-of-kin contact details and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before submission.
